Go behind the scenes of the LONESOME DOVE miniseries, one of the most
loved westerns of all time. The evening will begin at the home of Douglass and Alice Hyde on the rim of Palo Duro Canyon and conclude back at the Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum. Two Knives Catering will offer an immersive experience and your dinner will make you feel as if you are on the trail with Gus and Woodrow. Following the meal there will be an opportunity to get the first look at an exhibition of acclaimed photographer, screenwriter, and author Bill Wittliff, who wrote the screenplay and served as co-executive producer of the
Lonesome Dove miniseries, took hundreds of photographs during the filming. These photographs are the subject of this new traveling exhibition. $250 gets you two tickets and $150 gets you a single ticket to this exclusive event!
