Throughout history artists have sought to depict places of spirituality. In this exhibition drawn from the Museum’s permanent collection, works of art portraying these type places will be drawn together. From sites of prehistoric American pictographs and petroglyphs, to sacred American Indian locations, to Christian churches in New Mexico, all are spiritual places.
